Once again, my HDRI-based Photomanpulation experiments have returned, with a vengance! Mwa ha ha!
...no, seriously. This is pretty much the same case as it is with "Paint the Sky", but, this particular shot lacks some filters which I added to Paint, and, well, if you ask me, it looks positively amazing!


I was trying to go for something completely different with this particular photo. I actually used one of those really weird HDRI tonemapping algorithms which cause the photo to come out both dramatic and unrealistic, the Fattal algorithm. Then, after that I tried to simulate a painted image, rather than a photographed one, by means of oversaturating the photograph to the point of inks rather than natural colourings.
